01 · Agreement

Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you access blogfactory.io, its public documentation, Help Center, and related public materials (together, the "Website"). The Website is operated by GRİD SOLUTİON BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Grid Solution", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

02 · Availability

Current product boundary

BlogFactory is currently presented as an open-source, self-hosted release candidate. BlogFactory Cloud is coming soon. The Website does not currently offer public Cloud signup, subscriptions, checkout, billing, paid credits, entitlements, or an SLA.

Any future hosted service will require separate or updated service terms before it is made available. Marketing descriptions, roadmap items, and unchecked release-plan items are not promises that a feature will ship by a particular date.

03 · Software

Open-source license

The BlogFactory source code is made available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only (AGPL-3.0-only). Your rights to copy, run, modify, and distribute that software are governed by the license, not by these Website Terms.

If these Terms conflict with the AGPL for covered software, the AGPL controls for that software. Documentation or repository files may identify additional applicable notices.

04 · Operation

Your responsibilities

If you install or operate BlogFactory, you are responsible for:

• Securing the deployment, credentials, administrator access, database, storage, backups, and network boundary.
• Complying with privacy, employment, consumer, intellectual-property, marketing, and other laws that apply to your use.
• Reviewing generated or revised material for accuracy, rights, attribution, safety, and suitability before any CMS action.
• Obtaining permission to process sources, personal data, websites, and third-party accounts.
• Following the terms and policies of your hosting, AI, CMS, Google, storage, and other providers.

BlogFactory's CMS authority ceiling is draft creation after explicit approval. You remain responsible for the final decision to edit, publish, distribute, or delete content in the destination CMS.

05 · Conduct

Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware or phishing material, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misrepresent an affiliation with BlogFactory or Grid Solution.

Good-faith security research must follow the repository's security reporting policy. Do not place vulnerabilities, credentials, tokens, customer data, or exploit details in a public issue.

06 · Inputs and outputs

Content and third-party integrations

An independently operated self-hosted instance processes content and credentials in infrastructure and providers selected by its operator. Grid Solution does not claim ownership of your content merely because it was processed using the open-source software.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. Search Console observations do not guarantee rankings or traffic. You must review output and retain a human decision before publication.

The Website links to services such as GitHub and may document integrations with AI, CMS, Google, hosting, or storage providers. Those services are controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

07 · Rights

Intellectual property

Except for open-source materials expressly licensed under the AGPL or another stated license, the Website's branding, layout, copy, and original materials are owned by Grid Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may link to the Website and accurately describe BlogFactory. You may not use the BlogFactory name, visual identity, or materials in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement.

08 · No warranty

Disclaimers

The Website and public materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will always be available, error-free, complete, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

The open-source software carries the warranty disclaimers stated in its license. Documentation is operational guidance, not legal, financial, security, or professional advice.

09 · Risk

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grid Solution and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Website, public materials, or your operation of a self-hosted instance, including loss of data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection right.

10 · Updates

Changes and access

We may change, suspend, or discontinue Website material and may update these Terms when the Website, product boundary, or law changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.

We may restrict access to the Website when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. These Website access measures do not reduce rights granted under the AGPL to software copies you lawfully received.

11 · Contact

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to any mandatory rule that gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul.
