01 · Agreement

Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you access blogfactory.io, its public documentation and Help Center (together, the "Website"), or create or use a hosted BlogFactory Cloud account (the "Cloud Service"). The Website and Cloud Service are operated by GRİD SOLUTİON BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Grid Solution", "we", "us", or "our").

By using the Website or Cloud Service, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Cloud Service.

02 · Availability

Current product boundary

BlogFactory is available as AGPL-3.0-only self-hosted software and as a managed Cloud Service with public signup and paid monthly or yearly subscriptions. Current plans, limits, and prices are shown on the pricing page.

The Cloud Service does not include an uptime or response-time service-level agreement. Managed AI Credits are not currently offered; Cloud customers connect their own OpenRouter account and remain responsible for charges and terms from that provider.

Marketing descriptions, roadmap items, and unchecked release-plan items are not promises that a feature will ship by a particular date.

03 · Hosted service

Cloud billing and AI usage

Cloud subscriptions renew monthly or annually until canceled. Service quotas reset each UTC calendar month, including for annual subscriptions. Polar acts as merchant of record, processes payment and invoices, and calculates applicable taxes at checkout.

You can cancel through the Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If renewal payment fails, a 72-hour grace period applies before new writes and generation are restricted; account, billing, and existing-content access remain available as described in the product.

Except where applicable law or Polar's checkout terms require otherwise, subscription charges for a service period that has begun are non-refundable. Contact [email protected] for a billing or refund request.

Cloud subscriptions include no model usage. When you connect an OpenRouter key, AI requests and charges are governed by your relationship with OpenRouter. Managed AI Credits may be offered later under the terms and prices displayed when that feature becomes available; BlogFactory does not currently sell them or resell unrestricted provider API access.

04 · Software

Open-source license

The BlogFactory source code is made available under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 only (AGPL-3.0-only). Your rights to copy, run, modify, and distribute that software are governed by the license, not by these Website Terms.

If these Terms conflict with the AGPL for covered software, the AGPL controls for that software. Documentation or repository files may identify additional applicable notices.

05 · Operation

Your responsibilities

Whether you self-host BlogFactory or use the Cloud Service, you are responsible for:

• Securing credentials, administrator access, connected accounts, and devices. Self-hosted operators are also responsible for their deployment, database, storage, backups, and network boundary.
• Complying with privacy, employment, consumer, intellectual-property, marketing, and other laws that apply to your use.
• Reviewing generated or revised material for accuracy, rights, attribution, safety, and suitability before any CMS action.
• Obtaining permission to process sources, personal data, websites, and third-party accounts.
• Following the terms and policies of your hosting, AI, CMS, Google, storage, and other providers.

BlogFactory's CMS authority ceiling is draft creation after explicit approval. You remain responsible for the final decision to edit, publish, distribute, or delete content in the destination CMS.

06 · Conduct

Acceptable use

You must not use the Website or Cloud Service to violate applicable law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malware or phishing material, abuse third-party services, interfere with service operation, probe or access systems without authorization, evade plan limits, or misrepresent an affiliation with BlogFactory or Grid Solution.

Good-faith security research must follow the repository's security reporting policy. Do not place vulnerabilities, credentials, tokens, customer data, or exploit details in a public issue.

07 · Inputs and outputs

Content and third-party integrations

You retain your rights in content submitted to or created through BlogFactory. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate the Cloud Service and your requested integrations. An independently operated self-hosted instance processes content and credentials in infrastructure and providers selected by its operator.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable. Search Console observations do not guarantee rankings or traffic. You must review output and retain a human decision before publication.

The Website links to services such as GitHub and may document integrations with AI, CMS, Google, hosting, or storage providers. Those services are controlled by third parties and governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

08 · Rights

Intellectual property

Except for open-source materials expressly licensed under the AGPL or another stated license, the Website's branding, layout, copy, and original materials are owned by Grid Solution or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

You may link to the Website and accurately describe BlogFactory. You may not use the BlogFactory name, visual identity, or materials in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, certification, partnership, or endorsement.

09 · No warranty

Disclaimers

The Website and Cloud Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific search rankings, traffic, revenue, content accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The open-source software carries the warranty disclaimers stated in its license. Documentation is operational guidance, not legal, financial, security, or professional advice.

10 · Risk

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Grid Solution and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from the Website, Cloud Service, public materials, or your operation of a self-hosted instance, including loss of data, revenue, opportunity, reputation, or business interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability relating to the Cloud Service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or any mandatory consumer or data-protection right.

11 · Updates

Changes and access

We may change Website material or Cloud Service features and may update these Terms when the product, providers, business, or law changes. We will identify the current effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes when required.

We may restrict or suspend Cloud Service access when reasonably necessary to address non-payment, abuse, security threats, legal requirements, or material violations of these Terms. These measures do not reduce rights granted under the AGPL to software copies you lawfully received.

12 · Contact

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to any mandatory rule that gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes relating to these Terms are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul.
