What Content contains

Content is the site-scoped inventory for individual drafts, variation batches, campaign output, and published records. It is where operators return after generation to inspect status, source, SEO readiness, images, and CMS handoff state.

Use search and filters to narrow the inventory instead of treating the table as an analytics dashboard. Overview owns the summary; Content owns the records.

Work with one draft

  1. Open the record and read the exact current revision.
  2. Use Edit for content or metadata changes and Preview for the rendered result.
  3. Check the source and generation context before changing claims.
  4. Move the current version to Review Queue when it is ready for an editorial decision.

Work with batches

Variation and campaign batches can be expanded without losing the inventory context. Compare candidates, keep the useful draft, and avoid sending several near-duplicates into review.

Page-scoped bulk selection is for bounded inventory work. It does not grant bulk live-publish or deletion authority through MCP.
