When to use Article mode

Use Article when one topic or source should become one focused draft. Choose Campaign for a flat list of up to 100 targets, or Programmatic when many pages share a repeatable template and structured variables.

Article mode is also the handoff destination for Search Growth plan items: BlogFactory can prefill the target query, page URL, and recommended action without bypassing the normal brief and review steps.

Build the generation brief

1. Open Create Content and choose Article.
2. Select the source type and provide the keyword, title, URL, file, text, or video.
3. Choose an active Brand Voice profile and a live OpenRouter text model.
4. Set related keywords, outline, direction, custom instructions, article type, length, table of contents, and research only when the article needs them.
5. Review the brief summary, image plan, internal-link setting, and estimated cost before starting.

Research and structure controls

Research Focus asks the generation pipeline to gather current topic context before writing. Use it for topics whose facts or framing can change; keep it off when the supplied source is the authoritative boundary.

You can supply your own H2/H3 outline or direction. Keyword mode can plan a title before generation, while Title mode preserves the exact title you entered.

After generation

Generation runs asynchronously. Progress appears in the job tracker and the completed item is saved in Content. Open the draft, inspect its source, body, metadata, images, and links, then send the current revision through Review Queue.

If a run fails, read the job error before retrying. A duplicate retry is not a substitute for diagnosing an invalid source, unavailable model, missing profile, or cost confirmation.
